I have heard this kind of stories and sentiments so many times in books, but the image and the voice...
This is why we need to keep the arts alive. To communicate our experiences, not just some abstract concepts.

Chapin reminds us of the importance of a well-rounded curriculum—including the arts—in educating students for a future that is sure to value imagination and creativity as critical capacities.
